1, check at the mayflower terminal was abysmal we had preferred checking and arrived at the time stipulated on boarding ticket there was two huge lines of people waiting and the people with mobilty problems were also trying to negotiate the double lines as well.
2,Entertainment was well below the standard that Princess cruises in the past have provided for passengers enjoyment.
3,Brand loyalty we went to the Captains Circle none event ???,arrived at 17-30 as requested to find place full and not a great deal of organisation,I will not bore you with details but at 17-55 asked to collect your drinks if you had got one and leave as we have to prepare for next group! 25 mins, was a waste of mine and the crews time a bigger venue perhaps and not been made to feel as though Princess were doing you a favour by inviting you.
4,Water leaks in some of the cabins (staterooms) More appears to have been a problem and in various parts of the ship in some areas towels were on floor by cabin doors is not a good sign and outside the Wheelhouse bar a smell was noticable, I have asked friends of mine who were on the previous cruise to the Canaries if they had the same problems they said yes,and also agreed on the entertainment.
5,A lot of the passengers were of the opinion that Princess had used a lot of the more experienced crew on the launch of the Royal Princess, this cruise was not what we expected perhaps it is time to try other options. Less
