Sail Date: Jun 2013

We sailed on the beautiful Allure of the Seas and decided that if you can't have fun on the Allure, you just can't have fun! We started out at Rita's Fiesta on Sunday night. As Texans, we eat lots of Tex-Mex food, and we truly enjoyed this meal and margaritas. Afterwards we saw OceanAria at the Aqua Theater. Terrific show in a great amphitheater cooled by the sea breeze.

As Diamond Plus, we enjoyed the Diamond Lounge above the Royal Promenade. We saw the DreamWorks parade and the Captain's Welcome Aboard speech up there with no crowding. Ana and her staff are helpful, pleasant and professional.

We also visited the Concierge Club, which occupies 2 floors overlooking the Boardwalk. They offer a la carte breakfast and lunch with beer, wine and sodas offered at lunch. Of course the cocktail hours are wonderful.

Cabin Review

Cabin CL

Beautiful two story ocean view, very quiet location, spacious and comfortable. Two bathrooms with a shower and single sink in each. No DVD player, but huge flat screen TV upstairs and downstairs. Coffee & tea maker. Nice lounge chairs on the big balcony. Bring clothespins to completely close the blackout curtains.
