The four port fairly short cruise hits interesting spots in northern Spain and western France . . . especially interesting is the Normandy visit.

My wife and I have cruised over 70 times, mostly in Europe. Not a fan of Royal Caribbeans promenade design as it brings everyone to a central place and results in crowding. It is almost impossible to get a cup of coffee after a show in rhe one and only open location and there is no late night food available anywhere without paying an extra fee.

We also normally check the ratio of inside cabins as a high number tends to overload public ares . . . the Adventurer has far too many! he ship is mobbed.

The food was good, but a bit repetitive. Its nice to have prime rib on the menu, but four out of seven nights??

Out biggest problem with RC is their guest services staff which seems to completely ignore their role to help guests. They also collect and hold passports forcing you to go ashore with only a photocopy. They claim "government regulations" but no other cruise line has the same practice and they even tell you in on board publications and presentations to make sure you have your passport with you ashore!
