We travelled from Australia for our first Mediterranean cruise and we were impressed with the design and presentation of the Equinox. Our cabin attendants and Dining Room waiters were competent and friendly. We enjoyed the lectures by Dr Skip Moen and appreciated by the presentations by the Captain and the Engineering staff. The evening shows in the Theatre were varied but generally entertaining.

We did have some issues that future travellers may want to consider. We were disturbed by noise from the adjoining cabin up to midnight each night. Obviously the soundproofing was not very effective!

We found the high prices of drinks, coffee, photos and shore excursions prohibitive and the constant pushing of packages, art auctions, jewellry sales was not what we expected.
