Bar Harbor is a wonderful town. The tender pier is right in town, and everything is an easy walk. It is the quintessential New England town, with cute shops, friendly people and amazing lobster rolls.
This is a cute town to wander around for a couple of hours. The ship docks close to the city center. There are great shops and restaurants and is an easy town to explore on foot.
The ship docks right in town, and there is a lovely promenade along the harbor. Great little restaurants and food kiosks line this area. We went to the Maritime Museum and enjoyed the Titanic exhibit.
Montreal is fabulous. It's a taste of Europe in North America. Even if your French isn't good, English is widely spoken. We only had a night here, and didn't even scratch the surface. The downtown area is great, as is the old town. Great restaurants, bars, clubs and shops can be found anywhere.
Quebec City is beautiful and a highlight of this itinerary. Unfortunately, the day we were there, it was pouring rain and windy with hail, so we ended up running in and out of shops. There are fabulous little Bistros, stores and amazing views of the Chateau Frontenac. This is wonderful city.
