No bar staff available unless they are carrying the expensive cocktails, no bar tariffs cocktail menus on view in the bars!!
Food certainly much poorer than two years ago, main restaurant staff very friendly but the menus are not anything to brag about!!
Cabins and stewards still excellent.
Sirens still need to sort out cold buffet and hot Buffett, you end up queuing twice for breakfast and lunch.
Whirl pool and gym still out of action!!
This was our sixth cruise with Thomson unfortunately we booked one in advance before this one, in all honesty I would not be able to recommend this boat to any one.
There is no 45minute rule for unoccupied beds apart from the days at sea so some people leave towels on all day, staff are not interested!!
Flat screen tv's and kettles do not make platinum.
Question - who awarded the platinum grade - certainly not the passengers we spoke to, everyone felt the same!!
