Just got back from the Breakway. This was our fist time sailing on NCL. We usually sail on RCCL. First time with Freestyle cruising too. Check in was a nightmare due to an uneducated employee but rest of trip went smoothly (other than last day at sea but that was from rough seas not NCL;s fault.)

.Balconly room was spacious and ship is very pretty but seemed a little cramped and crowded. Attendants throughout ship, iincluding room attendants, just ok. They dont go out of their way as they are not working directly for tips. I guess we are used to more open spaces and frielndlier faces. Loved the outdoor offerings from water parks to promenade. Great idea. We did not lke fact that all three main dining rooms served same menu on same night and even then only half of menu changes during the entire trip. It really pushes you to sepcialty restarants which were excellent. Also did not like that they charge for everything. NCL app should be free (and shut off early last day at sea), drinkings in casino are usually free if gambling (at least in Vegas and AC) and internet was crazy expensive and worked poorly. Tons of activities and debarkation was great and fast. In Bermuda used David Fox (blue flag taxi) for a six hour tour of entire island. It was amazing. He has a ton of knowlsdge and is very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend booking his in advance! Took bus to Horse Shoe Bay. Not to be missed. Beautiful beach and easy to get to. Jet Ski tour of island with Somerset Bridge Water Sports (Harry) also great and a nice way to see the island from the outside looking inl Also highly recommended. Bermuda is a great place to vacation and a cruise is the perfect way to see the island. Entertainment on NCL was very good but you must book in advance.
