My husband I book a cruise for what we thought would be a fun short get a way. I made a mistake. I went through a time share. Problem #1 The two hours turned out to be 41/2 hours. with very high pressure. I finally said I would not sign. After that they sent us to get our vouches for the cruise. Again I had to tell them NO, I WOULD NOT SIGN. Finally got the tickets for the cruise.

Had to the ship. We knew that we would have to pay for parking not a problem.

Problem #2 What a shock when we find out you had to pay $30.00 cash right then. Ok, we can deal with that. On into the terminal.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The lowest I can give is a 1 it should be -100. The service was bad, staff members would not speak to you. They were to busy talking to each other. The food was awful and most of it was cold by the time I got it. They stacked plates of food on top of each other so the plates were over lapping.. There was not a good selection of food. Only two desserts were offered. You were only offered water to drink with your dinner unless you bought a mixed drink. Dishes were left with food and beverages still in them for over 3 hours. Table were not wiped off.The floor had carpet on it but, there were raised up places where I almost took a fall twice in two different spots and on different decks. There was debris on the floor. They only were concerned with big stuff on the floor not trash and small pieces of paper. You had to pay for entertainment if you wanted to see a show. you also had to pay if you wanted a hamburger! You were charged for valet parking you did not have a choice it was that or nothing., That had to be paid up front. There was a hand print on the mirror that was there when we checked in. It was still there when we checked out. The beds were not turned down. On Carnival and Royal Caribbean they were. You were not charged 15% to your bill to cover the waiters etc. You tipped as you saw fit. Trust me no one would have gotten a tip if they had to earn it. I have never had such bad service. I would recommend this cruise line to any one. Run don't walk away from this ship. Unless you have more money then sense. you were charged $18.00 a day per person for their fuel.
