This is a beautiful ship. The embarkation was wonderful. Took all of 20 minutes. We had 3 balcony cabins on deck 8. Our cabins were nice, clean and adaquate for the amount of time we spend in them. Our cabin attendent was wonderful. He attended to all of needs and request including seeing that we had lounge chairs on our balcony.
The show were wonderful and very professional. We had most of our meals in the main dining room. The people that took care of us in the main dining room (Jaccob, Bekiram & Richard) were wonderful and we can't thank them enough. The food was ok. We did dine in some of the alternative restaurants, Chops Gill was the best of the lot. All staff on the ship is very helpful and nice. The only short coming was with Guest Services. This ship has the worst Guest Services we have ever encountered. We could ask 3 people at the counter the same questions and get 3 different answers. We took all as our guest and placed our credit card on all cabins for their use. The only thing that was not to be charged to the credit card was gambling. After 4 trips on 4 different days to Guest Services with each trip there providing a different answer we requested to see management. The Guest Service on this ship has the most poorly trained staff we have ever encountered.
The ship was not crowded with the exception of the time that the show let out in the main showroom which I believe hold 1,400 people. The only other problem we had was with a honeymooning couple in a cabin next to one of ours. Thiswhich had a huge fight. The guy was beating his new wife which awoke all of us in all 3 cabins, split her lip open, etc. Guest services were called and the couple were dealt with as well as secutiry being place at their cabin door to assure this fighting did not continue.
