On this cruise we booked 4 people in a cabin. My wife and I are in our late 30's and our two teenage sons are 13 and 14. This is our 4th cruise. We've been on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Carnival before this one.

The embarkation at Brooklyn was very fast and efficient. We misjudged the traffic and got to the terminal a little early (10am). There is a very nice waiting room and boarding started about 11:45am or so. At the end of the trip we had express walk-off where you carry ALL your luggage off the ship and we were called at 8am to get off. They really have their things together at the Brooklyn terminal

Our stateroom was a little tad warm but fine otherwise. There are only two plugs by the vanity so if you want to plug things in by your bed or anywhere else, bring an extension cord. We did and it was very helpful.
