This cruise from Hawaii was our 11th cruise, and our second on Radiance. This time we travelled in a party of 3, a middle aged couple with Mother. We shared a cabin, with a sofa bed. We found the stateroom ( superior balcony on deck 9) to be a bit of a squeeze for the 3 of us, but there was plenty of storage space for all.It was our first cruise as Diamond Club members, and we enjoyed using the Diamond lounge each night before dinner. We found the ship to be as lovely as we had remembered from 5 years ago, it is in very good condition, and with only 1800 passengers it is easy to get around. Our dining experiences were excellent, both at the Windjammer Buffet, and in the dining room every evening. We must mention the great range of gluten-free options available, the most on any cruise ever.We often ate breakfast and lunch outside at the back of Windjammer, accessed by walking through the Japanese restaurant. The 5 Hawaiian ports were great, we did not partake of the shore excursions, but pre-booked a hire car at each port except Kona, on the Big Island, to enable us to do our own exploration.Bobby Brown was a very good cruise director, and we found the entertainment in the theatre each night to be enjoyable and of a very good standard, especially the production shows. The service we received, in every aspect, from stateroom attendants, dining, bar staff, and guest services to be of the usual excellent standard we have come to expect on RCI. In short we could not fault this cruise and have in fact booked another on Radiance for next year.
