Sail Date: Jun 2013
Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin  Had a nice, comfortable cabin with balcony. Room was adequately furnished and clean. However, could do with better lighting controls.DiningWindjammer was impossible. Always crowded and rowdy. Grateful for specialty restaurants and MDR. Choices at Windjammer limited compared to previous experience with Legend of the Seas. Giovanni was excellent. Great food, wonderful service. Johnny Rockets was a nice change, very friendly and again simple, excellent food.EntertainmentVery disappointed with type of entertainment offered on board. Not suitable for type of cruisers which made up of most young and old Asians. Not enough program to keep cruisers who did not take shore excursions entertained during the day. Watched every movie screened out of boredom. Imagine having to watch so many movies when on a cruise? No bingo until last day and only ONE GAME!! No band and singers at public areas during the day. Evening program bit better. Ice show was excellent.Great gesture from management on giving 50% credit over fare paid due to upgrading work done during cruising period. Spent credits buying gifts for family and friends. All said, Royal Carribean is still an excellent cruise company and I look forward to more cruising opportunities.

Would like to add that all the ship's service staff deserve recognition for providing sincere and excellent service. They worked very hard and still stayed friendly, helpful and cheerful. Everyone has a smile.
