From the time we entered the terminal it was very disorganized they did not have enough tickets for everyone to bored in a timely manner. Took the "wind" out of everyone's sail!

The pool area was also very disappointing. The pool itself was very small considering there were a couple thousand people. Way too many kids in the pool area. They should have their own area not just the T. rex pool.

As for the food the breakfast buffet in The Garden Cafe was good and the sit down breakfast at the Venetian was good. We went to the Blue Lagoon one night for a small bite to eat they were extremely disorganized, staff was very difficult to understand the the food was horrible.
