After check-in, there is nothing to drink until you get to the deck 11. There is no more ice sculpture showing.
Cabin - Cabin in deck 9 mid-ship is very noise. There are machines installed on deck 10 right above the room for swiming pools on deck 11.. Custormer relation department did n't do anything to correct the situation. We need to switched room within family. They did use ear-plugs for the rest 6 nights.
Food - About the same quality of cafeteria. Dirty and sticky tables on deck 11 area. I saw people use napkins to cover the table before they eat.
Fish dishes are always over-cooked, beef dishes are tough and over-cooked. Lamb dishes are excellent.
No loster or steak served if you don't pay extra.
Entertaiments are good - Singing, dancing and Ice dancing too.
Customer relation department - not treating customer as customer, unprofessional and very rude.
I think RCCL is cutting down, there is no pen , pencil or paper in the room. No more chocolate in bed at night, no more food during the captain's welcome back party.
