We just got off the Breakaway and were somewhat disappointed. We absolutely loved Bermuda and will return there again, just not sure if it will be with NCL. We knew going into this trip it would not be a typical cruise but did expect to receive service that was better than what we got! We are not a fan of the anytime dining on this venue either. It is more like "when we have time to get to you" dining.

Embarkation took over 1 1/2. The longest time we have waited to get on a ship.

The service we received in the dining rooms were below average except for one evening. You know it is bad when you go on a cruise and eat at the buffet 4 of the 7 nights because we just gave up on the dining service. Dinner is one of my favorite times on a cruise because of the relationship you establish with the waiters but don't expect that on here. The first night we waited over 1 hour to get a table and then it took over 3 hours to eat. We received one course 45 min after ordering and then 45 min later the next and then an hour later the main....no flow to dinner at all and did not receive what we ordered. We did have good service at table 42 in Taste and filled out comment positive card for them. We felt the food was good and never really had anything bad. The sushi bar was excellent.

Cabin Review

Very small. Went with inside because of being docked three days but would go with balcony.
