As a veteran of over 60+ cruises and a fan of the cruising experience and service of days gone by I think Celebrity does the best job of any major mass market line.
Having said the above I am disappointed by the Solstice (currently on the cruise in Skagway).
Embarkation in Seattle was smooth and an absolute breeze. Cabins were ready around 2PM.
