Absolutely disappointed in the overall cruise. NCL nickel and dimes you to DEATH with all the "not includeds" on this cruise. They brag about movies available (for a $10 charge); and a bowling alley (for a $5 PER PERSON! charge); 27 restaurants..... most of which are Specialty and cost more (not included in the cruise price); Carlos bakery aboard (but it's only open 12 - 5 on a few days......and the cakes are $50 each!); Dolce Gelati (additional cost and equivalent to a tablespoon of ice cream); New York Embarkation was a nightmare..........ONE "IT" guy on hand.........so when all the computers crashed, HE was the ONLY PERSON on hand to fix the problem........ checking in (and YES we are latitudes members) took 1 and 1/2 HOURS!!!!;

Room service was incredibly bad.........ordered morning pot of coffee four times and ALL 4 TIMES it was delivered half an hour to an hour EARLIER than we requested. I gave up after that!!!; NCL bragged about the New York shows aboard......one we were never lucky enough to even get a reservation to, so we didn't get to see it; Rock of Ages was already sold out when we went to book that..... so day 2 in Bermuda, we had to run back to the ship to see it!;Jazz club had a really bad sound system, so we only lasted there 20 minutes; and then there were the Main Dining Rooms (which we NORMALLY look forward to: DO NOT bother with TASTE or SAVOR! Go directly to the Manhattan Room, and enjoy it while it lasts: by day 4, the passengers have figured this out, and you will be waiting at least a half hour to be seated! At all 3, we were handed beepers!!!!! NEVER seen this on a cruise ship before. BTW: Order at least 2 appetizers at each meal... the food portions are ridiculously SMALL! (I weigh 145 lbs and am 5' 3" tall...... I had portobello ravioli as an entrEe one night, and there were 3 ravioli in my dish! THREE! No..they weren't 4 inches square..they were 2 inch raviolis!!!!!!!! ONLY cruise I ever went on, where I left a main dining room HUNGRY!

In our opinion: the theater, clubs, and main dining rooms are too small to accommodate 4,000 passengers. The specialty restaurants were EMPTY! I guess our fellow cruisers ALSO decided they had paid ENOUGH for this cruise, without wanting to lay out additional $$$$$$$ to EAT! The Steak house is $49 PER PERSON! RIDICULOUS!
