Sail Date: May 2013

Not long back from our first trip with MSC and all i can say it was way above expectation.

Everything certain cruisers where complaining about were actually some of things i most enjoyed about the ship, i found the multitude of nationalities particularly fascinating and utterly immersive, the announcements in five languages i thought was great and reflected the multicultural world we live in, while the line certainly has an Italian flare and the vast majority of passengers are indeed Italian i feel the ship had a more of an international feel about it (English is widely used and often preferred by some members of the crew)i thought the food was great and always available,

The shows really were something else we were blown away by the productions on board you could tell they had spent a lot of money on them, and half an hour per show is perfectly adequate. we also found the staff the best we have come across we made some good friends with the crew and lot of exchanging of emails happened to keep in touch. we stayed in balcony Cabin 13047 and it was stunning and in a great location one deck below the pool deck. I don't wont to waffle on to much but if you were on the fence about MSC then i cant recommend it enough. We have now booked for the Armonia next year out of Dubai....let the countdown begin
