I have cruised at least 35 times on various lines including Royal Caribbean, MSC, NCL, Majesty, Princess and Carnival. This was my 8th cruise with Carnival. All the previous were very nice but this one was INCREDIBLE!!!!
There were 8 of us traveling together. Embarkation was efficient, it took us about 35 minutes to board once we checked our luggage.
The ship was very nice and clean. Our cabin had a balcony that could accommodate 4. My husband and I plus our two children (5 and 19). I would suggest getting a second cabin for the little extra it would cost. The cabins are typical size for any cruise ship. It seemed to me that our cabin on the Victory last year was larger. They also leave assorted amenities such as toothpaste samples, lotion samples etc. Nice touch. Bring your own blow dryer!!! The ones on the ship are not good for women.
