Our experience from start to finish was wonderful. Embarkation took less than 30 minutes; baggage was at our cabin door as we entered our hallway; staff-110% accommodating, Spirit dining room staff were totally accommodating and watched over my husband's Diabetic diet like a family member; food-can't complain (water machine on Lido deck needed to be maintained better, however staff always had pitchers of fresh water standing by); upgrades to ship are great-loved the salt water pool, hot tubs on Serenity deck were sooo relaxing; loved the water slides-nothing like not having to wait in line for them; we were missing the basketball courts; shows were very enjoyable-comedians were a riot. We participated in several games and more times than none, came back with either a ship trophy or medal. Loved Key West and the free shuttle into town; Cozumel was awesome-would love to visit both ports again to enjoy them longer, especially Key West-wished we could have been there for more hours than the half day visit. Disembarkation took a minimal amount of time. Looking forward to another Carnival Fun Ship cruise.

Negatives: maintaining the outside of the ship was a bit disturbing, but I know it must be done. Also, sure wish the great photographs were offered at a more reasonable price-just didn't feel the deals were enticing enough. Heck-the left over photos were being tossed anyway.
