We are a couple age 65 going on our 27th cruise. We prefer Celebrity because of the quality of the experience. As we have cruised many lines, we only recently became Elite members on Celebrity. This is our 3d cruise with elite status and we love the perks.

We spent 2 nights in Ft Lauderdale at the Crowne Plaza Airport and Cruise port. It was very nice. Used free airport shuttle but took much cheaper and quicker taxi to the port. We saw a huge group waiting for the shuttle as we left.

This was our second trip on the Equinox. The ship is in excellent shape, beautiful in every way and crew constantly cleaning to keep her that way. All crew members were friendly. The Captains Club hostess, Nathalie, was wonderful. Our cabin steward, Francisco, was among the best we have ever had. We chose select dining and after the first night we found the team of Villanova and Sandhi and proceeded to reserve their table for all the other nights except when we ate in the specialty restaurants. Food excellent in main dining room. Oceanview Cafe fine, but not nearly as good. We loved Tuscan Grill and the Asain Restaurant. Murano was great food, but it just takes too long for us.

Great cabin with large balcony. Love the table that is higher up for eating.
