Our trip began with a flight to Paris. We made our own flight arrangements. We purchased the transfers offered by Viking and it was worth it. They were right there waiting for us when we got off the plane and gathered our luggage and two other couples and whisked us away. We made if to the ship around 11:00 am. They had a lunch ready for us and our cabin was a ready for us. We had plenty of time to walk past the Eiffel tower and stroll with the

people of Paris.

I can't say enough about the staff of the Viking. They were all very friendly. They never failed to greet you and went out of their way to meet everyone's needs. Our program director, Annika was extremely organized and all activities went off without a hitch. I had been told by a friend that the tours on a river cruise she had done were held up by too many elderly people with mobility issues. However, in areas that might be more difficult, Viking offered a separate tour for anyone who didn't want cobblestones or stairs. We never felt anyone delayed us.

Standard Stateroom

Cabin E

Small space but we managed. Could have used more storage. Didn't spend a lot of time in the cabin.
