If you cannot eat seafood and do not enjoy gamey foods, then Aqua Class is not for you and you will be eating from a selection in Blu that is very limiting. We were not at all impressed with the menus in Blu, there was far too much repetitiveness. The food in the main dining room is much superior as well. While the service was good, nothing else in our opinion was complimentary about Blu and we will never sail in Aqua Class again. I submitted some written concerns to a senior officer through the Guest Relations Desk early on in the cruise but was not replied to.
We are seasoned Celebrity Elite members. The ports of call were excellent. Sue Denning, is the best Cruise Director we have ever come across. Having come on the ship very recently, there was not much she could do about the mediocre entertainment. However, Perry Grant put on an exceptional performance in the Celebrity Eclipse Theatre in spite of having a sore throat. What an entertainer. This Top Notch band was ok - nothing special compared to other bands in the past. The guitar/vocalist was nothing more than irritating and many passengers were very displeased with his behaviour and attitude.
The ports of call were fabulous. The ship is very clean - the only matter that disturbed me was on a number of occasions, there was no hand soap in the men's bathrooms on floors 5 and 12, which are commonly frequented by travellers.
