The following comments are about a cruise on the Sea Princess that departed Southampton on September 2, 2006, and arrived in Quebec City on September 18, 2006. This information will also be posted on the Cruise Comments Website.
The itinerary, South Hampton-England, Bergen-Norway, Shetland Islands-Scotland, Faroe Islands, 3 ports in Iceland, Greenland, St.Johns-Newfoundland, Sydney-Nova Scotia, and Quebec City-Canada fully met our expectations and was the primary reason for booking this cruise. One couple had even booked this cruise solely because they had been unable to get to shore in Greenland on a similar cruise last year.
The ship's Captain, Julian B., did an excellent job of communicating with the passengers. His candor and objectivity are most refreshing. Another much appreciated facet of his personality is his sense of humor.
