First cruise and I enjoyed the Spirit immensely.
We are not food people, so the food was fine for us, however, from others I spoke to, the food was not the best, but, and here's the but...for the price we paid, it was not an issue at all.
Not one crew member was bad...they are the best. Beware of Bingo, however...I believe that it is a $$$ maker for the ship even though I won twice in a row the first day their payoff compared to the $$$ taken in is lousy.
