Okays its the beginning of March now and been home for a few weeks, time to give a review of the FANTASY. First let me start off by saying that we are a family of six Myself 33yr, wife 29yr, and four sons ages 13, 11, 5, and 3. We all are first time cruisers. We came from Ohio to Charleston SC, are cruise didn't leave till Monday so we went down early to check out Charleston and got there on Saturday night. We stayed in North Charleston at the Quality Inn for $150 for two nights. Sunday we took the day to check out the town and to see wear we were going in the morning witch worked out well.

*EMBARK

On Monday morning we checked out of the hotel and headed to the port around 9am we knew that we were early but when we just drove by we saw they were letting people in so we went in. What it was is you could drop off you luggage but they were not letting you park yet they took are luggage and told us to come back around 11am. So we just drove around till about 1030am and hey they let us in. We paid the $85.00 for parking witch at first I though was steep but hey are car was in a warehouse the whole time. After parking we walked out of the warehouse and got on a bus witch took us to the terminal.(3 min ride)then into customs building boy they cram a lot of people in here. waited in line about 20 mins for customs and then 10 min in line to check in with Carnival. In total from parking to ship about 40-45 mins. Not to bad.
