Ship Facts: Carnival Miracle Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Carnival Miracle Deck Plans
We loved this cruise
This is a nice sized boat with tons of little quiet areas to sit and read, play cards or have a cocktail .

The comedians were funny and the shows were pretty good.

We were on the 7th deck with an extended balcony and had a wonderful cabin steward who took the best care of us! Thank you Sara! We recommend the extended balcony since buffers you a bit more from the wind (it was cold first and last day)!

The food was excellent in the main dining room. We had the early seating and were lucky to have a table in the very back of the boat overlooking the ocean. The others at our table were great and we enjoyed sharing our days adventures. Our waiter, Malcolm, was attentive and just a great guy overall as we're his 2 assistants! At 7:15 each night the waitstaff all does something special albeit, YMCA, conga line or gan gun style it was the highlight of each night! Tons of fun!!

In Nassau we opted to go to Atlantis on our own which we recommend to save some $$. We got sandwiches from the "carvery" at the buffet on deck 9, wrapped them in napkins and brought them and bottled water in our back pack along with beach/swimming gear. Once off boat bypass the taxi guy trying to corral you into larger groups and head outside hailing a cab who will take you right away for 5 bucks a head. You will beat quite a crowd and get a jump on the waterpark which will be crowded later on with lines. We did the not so lazy river and some slides and were having lunch by 1PM just when the park got crowded. Head right back to the lockers as soon as you get there to store your stuff and get going. All inclusive price was 139 for adult and 80 for kids so big savings.

In freeport we did the kayak nature tour thru the boat and this was really worth it. You take a 30min ride out to Lucayan National park, kayak for about hour or so (easy) thru mangroves with lots of pretty fish in the shallow water. When finished they take you to beautiful beach for lunch and swim time followed by an informative nature walk then back to boat. Just enough time to go to Senior Frogs for a cocktail and very fresh conch salad made right in front of you..delicious!!!

Back on the boat, there is plenty to do with lots of activities if you want including trivia, hairy chest contest, musical chairs, bean bag toss, etc. all good fun!

As said by others the cruise is what you make of it, this just being our 3rd cruise we had just as much fun as on the other 2 cruise lines which cost more$$. For the price, this cruise was well worth it and we would take it again !
