We live in Florida and once our "season" ends we have a lot of flexibility until Christmas as to when and where we can get away. We booked 3 weeks before the sail date of Aug.27th. Thanks to other reviews we decided drive up on Sat. and stayed at the Radisson, left the car and caught the 1st shuttle to the ship at 11:30. By noon we were in the Windjammer having lunch and waiting till 1 PM when they let us to our cabin. This is our 7th cruise in 4 years so I'll give you the highlights and try to not repeat too much of what others have said.

Stateroom; Balcony aft/starboard. Good size, the most storage on any ship we've been on so far. The fridge was great, as was the size of the bathroom and shower(I am not a petit man). Our steward was sharp and knew our names from the 1st day, and was always singing and smiling.

Food; We ate at both Chops and Portifinos. Fantastic, worth every penny. We tried Portifinos the first night because we were scheduled for the late seating and they couldn't change us the first night. The place was almost empty even when we left, which was after 8pm. The main dining room diners were the best I've had on a ship. There are always an occasional let down but over all, great. Windjammer had good variety, but we only did 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches there. Johnny Rockets also good.
