This is a review for our back-to-back cruise, covering both the Western and Eastern Caribbean on board the Caribbean Princess.

I went as part of a large family group, and we had all cruised with Princess at least once before. Embarkation was very quick and simple, and we already knew our way around the ship since it is very similar to the Star Princess apart from the extra deck and Cafe Caribe.

We had a minisuite, my parents in law had the Ocho Rios Suite on Emerald Deck and my BIL and his girlfriend had an outer double with a big window. Whilst we and my BIL had no problems at all, it seems the Ocho Rios suite is not without its difficulties. It is sited directly above Club Fusion, and my PILs had to endure karaoke, discos and a raucous staff party every night.
