Pride of America - Hawaii

Sail Date: September 2006
Destination: Hawaii
Embarkation: Honolulu

This was our tenth cruise. The embarkation was very smoothly. However, our luggage was delivered to a wrong cabin and we did not get our luggage until very late on the night. Also, our son sent us a bottle of wine and they also delivered to a wrong cabin. We had a balcony cabin on deck 8. The cabin was extremely small compare to other cruises that we took in the past. The bathroom was so small. If you are a big person, you won't fit in the shower. we had several problems with our bathroom. The first problem we had was the toilet. We were not able to flush the toilet for one whole night because there were no water in our toilet. The second problem we had was there were no hot water in our last night. We had to take a cold shower.

The food was so bad at the buffet and the main restaurant. We never ever seen any waiter/waitress fell and dropped all plates on the floor. The service was extremely bad compared to other cruise line.

We did all the shore excursions on our More own with rental car because it was very expensive to book the shore excursions with the ship.

The scenery was spectacular and the island people were very nice. I would like to cruise the islands again but not with NCL. I have to cruise from LA to Hawaii for 14 day. Less
