Well, we just returned last weekend from our 7-day cruise to the Western Caribbean. We sailed on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas. This was our first time sailing with Royal Caribbean and we were very impressed.

The Mariner of the Seas is a state of the art ship and is the third largest cruise ship in the world. It was the largest cruise ship in the world until recently. It now follows the Queen Mary 2 and Royal Caribbean's newest ship, the Freedom of the Seas.

The Mariner has so much to offer including a rock climbing wall, miniature golf, full court basketball, ping pong tables, golf simulator, three pools (one pool is adult only), several whirlpools, ice skating rink, inline skating track, Royal Promenade (lined with shops, bars, and a cafe), several dining options including a Johnny Rockets. It is definitely a ship that we would recommend. There truly is something for everyone on this ship.
