We had a group of 12 traveling and all were first time cruisers. We arrived in Miami a few days before and went S. Miami beach and Key Largo we had a wonderful time there, then on saturday the 24 of June we were super excited and headed towards the port early and arrived around 12PM. The actual check-in or in cruisers words embarkation went fairly quick and the staff was friendly. Then we entered the ship and we were so happy to be there everything was nice and shinny as I had expected, we had lunch and walk around until our rooms were ready. The cabin was really nice and clean but we were at the bottom with a nice big window. Overall the cruise was very nice. Were we disappointed was with the buffet food was allright nothing to write home about and I we had trouble getting drinks at the bar, the woman singer at the bar was horrible. Also the staff at the buffet was not very nice. Also we had an incident were I was bitten all over during the night (still don't know what it was)but I had to be on meds the rest of the trip. I went to see the nurse and she told me we must move cabins ASAP. We had sooo much trouble with that they wanted to give us a inside room, we had paid for a window even though we were way at the bottom but still we had a nice window, then they said it would be for one day and that we did not need to move our stuff, when we return from a wonderful day in Cozumel, we were told to move all of our stuff and they gave us a room with a balcony, turn out it's AC did not work, so we moved again, to make story short at one point we had 3 cabins under our name. Also I had to fight to get a credit on our account because we ended with a inside room they gave us $300 credit and trust me was not enough to cover the inconvenience of 3 frikin rooms. any ways I will end with we will not travel carnival again and that goes for all 3 families!!
