Traveled with children

This was our third cruise and the best!. We drove to the terminal and as the car mounted a hill we suddenly saw the ship in the distance! It was so exciting; we were like little kids in anticipation.

Check-in was extremely swift and efficient and soon we were on a shuttle bus for a short ride to the ship. We went in a large family/friend group-there were 18 of us. I always consider the time between boarding the ship and sail-away as the most exciting of a cruise. We were altogether on the pool deck as the ship sailed away.

Food: I have no complaints-all meals were excellent; I love the Windjammer Buffet-almost continuous serving and plenty of delicious things to eat. The only drawback would be crowding at times during breakfast/lunch. The main dining room was great with wonderful wait staff: our waiter was Abisha and his assistant was Joanne; very pleasant and professional. We ate at Johnny Rockets=good food and fun too! Cabin steward was John-no complaints here-very considerate to small things and very friendly.
