We chose this cruise for the ports but also because we heard this was Carnival;s "Flagship". We were poorly mistaken.....

I will start off by saying the ports were excellent, couldn't have asked for anything better. The ship in general was nice somewhat gaudy but didn't bother me; some parts were tastefully done.

Now on to what went wrong, first off Carnival did not send us any cruise information regarding flight, transportation, etc. until 3 days before we were scheduled to leave. When we cruise (this being our 4th cruise) we love to become great friends with our waiters, bartenders etc. the head waiter on this ship for our table was terrible, to say the least (his name was Kesevan from India) he was rude to the point of when it was time to order he would just stand there and look at you then say want do you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
