Alaskan Cruise 7/22/06 - 7/29/06

We started our vacation in Seattle and stayed at the most wonderful hotel, the Alexis a Kimpton Property the Friday night before the cruise. I can only say this was a wonderful property, we had a Fireplace Suite and wish we would have spent an extra night. We will definitely go back to the Alexis.

Saturday we arrived at the Port to board the Dawn Princess at approximately 12:30 and were in our Mini-Suite B753 by 2pm. The embarkation process was efficient despite the large crowd. As crowds are most likely not a favorite of any traveler, you begin the patience process in the embarkation terminal. Since we came in the night before, we hired a Town Car and were happy we did.
