Our family took a vacation on the Pride of America in July. We booked our cruise over a year in advance! We were so excited to get to see a lot of Hawaii on a cruise ship that had received good reviews. Yet, this was not the case. As a group of 6, we have been on 5 different cruises. All of our experiences have been great on Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Disney. Yet, the Norwegian cruise was the worst cruise I have ever set foot on.

First, NCL booked our flights. When we got the information, there was no flight to Honolulu. We called the cruise line, and they got our flights fixed, yet our group of 6 was split into 2 different groups flying out of two different airports. In addition, they routed us 4 hours North making our flying time much longer.

We had the express check in which was great. They were very efficient and our bags were in our rooms shortly. Read more
