This was the 10th cruise for my husband and I. Our third on NCL. Our last cruise was on the Dream which was not set up for freestyle dining and therefore we encountered long lines and chaos. The Star, however, was well up to the task. We were seated as soon as we arrived no mater what the time and the service was terrific.

Embarkation was by far the best and fastest we have ever encountered. The stateroom with the balcony was a lot larger than I expected. The only drawback was not enough draws or space for clothing. The room was lovely and the bathroom very well appointed.

The ship itself was absolutely stunning. There were so many dining choices and beautiful lounges, it was a tough choice to decide were to go. The specialty restaurants although very good, lacked in menu choices. You were very limited. Read more
