We just got back from a 3 night cruise on the Carnival Sensation. I (30 yrs. old) traveled with my husband, another couple and my sister and her best friend. This is my third cruise. I have been on Royal Caribbean to the Western Caribbean and on Princess to the Southern Caribbean. We decided to go on this cruise for a short get-away. My expectation of the cruise was not high because of what I had heard about the age of the boats, the amenities, and just the fact that it was a short cruise.

The Ship:

The ship was clean but small compared to the other cruises that I have been on. There was only one main pool area and just seemed to have a ton of people in it all the time. I never went in the pool because of that reason. There is a separate kiddie pool that I saw on the ship layout.
