First of all we will never cruise on a ship this large again. The ship was filled to capacity.

The dining room service was the worst that I have ever seen on a cruise - we were rushed through each course and the quality of the food was terrible. We had read many reviews about the food quality on RCCL but had no idea that it would be so bad. They actually served apple sauce labeled as "Golden Delicious Apple Soup" !!

The suite that we had was surprisingly large and very clean - although the bed left a lot to be desired. One of the twins (put together to be a king) was broken in the middle but had towels holding the mattress up ! While on the ship they were delivering new beds so the hallways were cluttered with them.
