EMBARKATION: When we got to the port everything went very smooth until it was time to come on the ship. I have been on many RCI cruises and Crown and Anchor members have a separate lounge and we usually are able to go in first. On June 25, 2006 it was very disorganized. They did not have enough space to accommodate everybody and we had to be a little pushy for the attendant to acknowledge that we had priority papers and everybody was pushing and RCI agents were not handling it very good.

ONCE INSIDE THE SHIP: It was BEAUTIFUL! Everybody was trying to tell us where to go so that it was easy for us to locate our cabins. We were not able to go to our cabins until 1:00 p.m. but it was OK because we stayed at the Promenade and had something to eat and drink. The Promenade is beautiful and much nicer than the Navigator or Explorer ships.

CABINS: The cabins were almost the same as in the Navigator or the Explorer of the Seas. Not much difference only the FLAT SCREEN TV which was very nice and also the mattresses were great. The pillows were too hard but on the last day I found out that we were able to order feather pillows. But overall the cabins were nice and brand new so that made it special too. The balconies were very nice. We had three connecting balconies and on this ship you can open up your balcony and go to your friends room through the balcony if they are your neighbors. Really nice. We had three connecting balconies and we had drinks in our balconies in the afternoon.
