Arrived at port at 1300 and boarded within 1 hour (used EZcruiseparking.com). Embarkation fairly smooth but not sure how much time you save checking in online b/c you still wait in line behind everyone who did not ? For all of the boards about alcohol, H2O, soda, etc..., why worry, the port authority is not concerned and actually joked about everything we brought onboard, they do not work for the cruise line and could care less ! The cruise line did not care about what we brought aboard from ports either (2 cases of XX's and Corona). Ship is still in very good condition, was not expecting Crystal Cruise Line. Don't mind all the complaints about scratched wood, carpets, etc..., of course their are some areas that could be 'touched' up but unless you come aboard looking for problems you will not even notice. Rhapsody is a beautiful ship full of natural light and space.

The crew was OUTSTANDING! No complaints about anyone encountered except one jerk behind the pool bar that thought it was beneath him serving passengers (sodas) after paying $42 for the card. Read more
