My boyfriend and I took our first cruise on Royal Caribbeans Grandeur of the Seas to the Western Caribbean, and were not disappointed. Hopefully the information and opinions that follow are valuable to fellow cruisers.

Boarding/Disembarking: Boarding the ship in Baltimore was a bit of a drawn-out process, so arrive early. We drove to the port and left our car at the pier, which was very convenient, but it costs $10 a day to park there.

We carried our own luggage off the ship (I highly recommend this option if you dont have too much luggage, because you get to leave first), so disembarking was a lot easier.
