Wow we had a great time. The ship is huge and all roads lead to the casino. We had great service and food at dinner. Our suite was large and the room staff was great. The shows we saw were wonderful. The large screen on the deck was fun.

We did notice that the food on the Lido was good for all meals. The lunch in the dinning room was uneven. The tea time at 3:30 was little more than hot water and some Lipton.

The ports of call were great. The only one we had a problem with was Livorno, Italy. The ship over sold the excursions and we were shorted our pre-paid shore excursions. We would do it again, but be warned about the pushing that goes on all the time on Carnival. The advertising is about as much as you can take. The PA system is used about 15 times a day to remind you to play Bingo and spend money shopping on the ship. It does not take much to send you to shop on a 15 day trip. The staff was great. All the people worked hard to get it right. The cruise director was irritating after just a day. The use of the word MANDATORY to sell more excursions was a bit much, we showed up and found out it was another sales pitch. (we already had planned our entire trip, with shore excursions booked through Carnival.)
