Love sailing with Princess and although I am now a "senior", I do find an older crowd on this our second sailing on the Dawn.

This ship met all of our requirements but it is aging and should be retired. We found our balcony cabin small and crowded and the balcony itself is barely large enough for two, let alone having friends in for a drink.

The Princess policy of tipping is outrageous. You can opt out of the plan and choose to pay the staff personally, however if you do the staff must report it and the money goes into a pool to be shared amongst them all. So if you opt out, don't bother to personally pay your servers. If you choose to tip, in addition to the cruise fare, don't opt out and pay the $10 per day per person. I think we will opt out next cruise unless we find the service to exceptional.
