First of all, I picked this week (4-15 to 4-20) because my birthday was on Easter! So, I decided to cruise as a present!
We arrived at the Tampa port about 11:30M! Its a really nice port, with lots of restaurants and an Aquarium! Embarkment went very smoothly, we were given a number, it was called and we were on the ship by 12:30pm! We went to the Lido deck for lunch til our room was ready! It was ready by 3pm, and we had our luggage by 4pm! Then off to the muster in the heat!!! Carnival, always take soooo long with their muster!!!
We had an inside room. I use to always get balcony rooms, but found out I really don't use my room that much!And I can use the money for other things, like the Casino! We had a very big, nice shower! And the new bedding is really, oh so comfy!!! Our steward, Juan, was very good! He kept our room well supplied! Always kept fresh ice in the ice bucket!!!
