Celebrity Millennium April 23-30, 2006. Eastern Caribbean.
This was our fourth cruise, the others having been on Norwegian Dawn, March 2003 (Western Caribbean), Serenade of the Seas , September 2004 (Alaska), and Voyager of the Seas , May 2005, (Repositioning Cruise, Miami-Cape Liberty). We travelled with two friends, who were going on their first cruise.
Getting there involved a flight from Dublin to London Heathrow, then a Virgin Atlantic flight to Miami. We stayed as always in the Marriott, Biscayne Bay, and hired a car with the life saving GPS to get around during the two days we had prior to the cruise. Tired as we were, we managed to stay awake long enough for a great meal in Bubba Gumps, in the Bayside Market, before we realised wed been up 24 hours.
