Radiance of the Seas. April 16 2006. Nice ship enjoyed very much. Asked for table for 2 at booking, 9 months in advance. Did not get it. Asked head waiter the first night to change our table and he would not accommodate. Told me to come back first thing next morning. I did and again he said no. Very rude.

I did sign for tips to be added to cruise bill so I wouldn't have to worry about that. Mistake..Do not do it. Asked for a credit to my account for the tip to head waiter whom I might add we never saw any night in the dining room. Felt he did not deserve tip. Was told at service desk they could not give credit for that, only if there was a mistake on your bill. You don't know what kind of service you will receive and if you do sign to have tips on you your bill poor service or not, they get it. This was our 15th cruise and have never had this happen. There were several other couples who complained that they felt head waiter did not deserve tip. On other cruises the head waiter makes comes to every table every night and makes sure everything is all right. Not the case here.

Food was good, entertainment was ok Santino and Blakjax the best ever. They got the crowd and he is just super. What a treat to hear him sing. Lounges were great and plenty of places to just sit and have a drink with that special someone. Read more
