First time on Princess. Usually do RCI and wished we had chosen RCI also immediately. Princess professes to have ANYTIME Dining but they do not. Reservations are required, hard to get and the choices are 6:15 or earlier or after 8. CALL IMMEDIATELY FOR RESERVATIONS OR SWITCH TO TRADITIONAL. All restaurants have exact same food, except for one entree. Service in most dining rooms was poor..often waited 30 minutes to have orders taken or were totally rushed in an out. Wait staff were unfriendly and the restaurants appeared understaffed. Many staff were overheard expressing their unhappiness with Princess.

This line was constantly overselling COKE cards were practically forced on you at every turn, flyers were constantly placed in your room mailbox--SELL, SELL, SELL! This is very tacky and very irritating. Service and Service recovery was poor. Often the answer was " I am not in charge" or "I do not have that authority" or you were sent from person to person.

Bad experience with photography studio that took hours of time to resolve. Teens did not find much to do...clubs weak for teens, but they enjoyed hot tubs and being on deck.
