Exotic Western Caribbean: April 1 to 9th.

First time cruisers: party of nine. My husband, a 16 year old boy, a 13 year old girl, myself and some in-laws. Only other comparison is a small all inclusive Resort in Maya Riviera we went to last June. We traveled to Miami the day prior. We didnt realize it was March break in the US and found it difficult and painful to get to and back from Miami.

We stayed at the Hilton Homewood Suites. All nine of us in one suite. A bit small but couldnt beat the $300/night price. We got it for less than $200 because of a government rate! Rented a 15 passenger van and cruised the beach. We should have taken a cab and we would have been able to get out and walk around. There is no parking on South Beach and certainly not for a 15 passenger van.
