My family and I have taken 5 cruises prior to this one. Three have been on Carnival and 2 have been on Costa. By far this was the worst cruise we have taken.

The service of our waiter was excellent, but the food was sub-par, especially in the main dining room. I had 2 steaks, both were very tough and undercooked.

My wife and son went on two shore excursions that were very poorly organized and were not what they advertised. For the amount of money they charge for these, you would expect prompt and courteous service which was not what they received. On both of them (one on St. Maarten and one at St. Thomas) they had to wait over 30 minutes for their transportation. On the St. Thomas one, they did not even bother to go on the second part of the trip as it would have been cut short so much that it wasn't even worth the effort.
